Where do you ship from?  
HEISTT products are fulfilled through a network of trusted production partners. Some items ship from within the U.S., while others ship internationally depending on the piece. This allows us to maintain quality and exclusivity across all drops.


Why does shipping take longer than usual?  
Every HEISTT piece is made to order — not pulled from a warehouse. This process ensures quality, reduces waste, and keeps each drop limited. The extra time is part of delivering a premium product.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?  
If you made a mistake with your shipping details, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins, but we will do our best to assist before your order ships.


Do you restock sold-out items?  
Most HEISTT pieces are released in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. We recommend securing your pieces while they are available.


Will items look exactly like the photos?  
We aim to represent every product as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the made-to-order production process.


Are there any additional fees (customs, duties, taxes)?  
Depending on your location, international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.


What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment options available at checkout.


How do I know my order went through?  
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
