HEISTT SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
All HEISTT pieces are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. This allows us to maintain quality while reducing overproduction.
Processing & Delivery Time
Please allow 7–15 business days for processing and shipping. Many orders arrive sooner depending on demand and production volume.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking Information
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. While HEISTT is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, we are committed to helping you resolve any issues with the carrier whenever possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Shipping delays outside of our control
Eligible Issues
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:
- Incorrect
- Damaged
- With a manufacturing defect
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders are processed quickly to begin production, so orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check your surrounding delivery area
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
